   – Balance is payable on the day of departure.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
   – Full refund if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather.
   – If you cancel at least 48 hours before the trip, your deposit is refunded.
   – No refund for cancellations within 24 hours (except in case of severe weather).

3. Safety
   – All trips are subject to sea and weather conditions.
   – Luv Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel trips for passenger safety.
   – Life jackets and safety equipment are provided.

4. Liability
   – Luv Tours ensures professional service and safety measures.
   – However, customers join trips at their own risk.
   – Luv Tours is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.
